Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Prices range from $240-$280 per night. $20.00 per extra person per night.
Rates are subject to applicable taxes-5% Good and Services Tax (GST)
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total booking to confirm a reservation is required if the reservation is made more than 30 days in advance. For reservations made within 30 days, the full amount is required. We regret we cannot guarantee refunds or cancellations without 30 day notice in advance of your arrival date. A $25 dollar administration fee to cover expenses will be charged. The deposit is fully refundable only if notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to booking date.
Payment terms: To reserve the room we need a valid VISA or MasterCard number along with the cardholder’s full name and card Expiration Date.
Check-in time is normally after 4:00pm unless alternative arrangements are made with your host.
Check out time is 11:00 am
“No Show” reservations will be charged the full amount owed for those nights.
Rules and Policy
No smoking inside the house. Smoking in the guest rooms will result in a $200 cleaning fee. Smoking in designated smoking area only.
Hot tub rules in effect.
A smoke alarm is installed in each room and in the common area outside your bedroom doors. If you hear an alarm please exit your room promptly via the door to the outside. We will meet you at the front of the house. You will be advised immediately of the situation.
The owner cannot be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the owners and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
